Do the garage doors have a motor to pull them up or are they manual?

A: These doors are motorized by a small DC motor made by a company call Zap.  The doors could be manually operated if desired,

A: The metal decking is the structural portion of the roof system and on top of the decking is Rigid insulation and roofing.  The R-value of the roofing is R-38.  The roofing system is a commercial grade roofing with a reflective white finish.  The roofing MFG is Sarnafil.

What flooring has been used here?

A: The Interior flooring is colored concrete that has been ground, polished and sealed with a product called Zing (product is sold out of Florida and you can order on line). The exterior is the same color concrete with no grinding or polishing.  Sawcut lines carry thru from inside to out.

A: Stephen Spacarelli did the oil on the dining room wall. New York gallery in Beacon NY.

A: If you are talking about the wire chairs they are by Harry Bertoia, probably from the fifties.
