I could only do the project during a small window of the year because I had to move completely out of my house for the scope of the work, and they were able to meet my construction timeframe. I was updated regularly through the process through a website with pictures. I had a GREAT experience with my construction manager, who was an expert and a true professional. They worked with me early on in the project when I needed to work with a highly specialized foundation contractor and coordinate with the city of Denver. Then at the end, they were accommodating to let me move back in and stretch the last few weeks of the project out for the sake of our family's health. That's a true testament to how they stuck to their construction schedule! In the end, they put a 400sgft partial pop-top addition on my 120 year old home with a BEAUTIFUL, custom iron spiral stair case, exposed ceiling beams, a vaulted ceiling with skylights, and an incredible master suite. All this, and with all the challenges of working on a house as old as mine, they keep their project within 2% of the original bid! For their integrity, flexibility, craftsmanship, and ability to stick to a realistic budget, I would highly recommend them to anyone in Denver in the future.
