She made the process easy and seamless from helping with design questions, offering floor plan suggestions, and even walking the lots with us in the cold January weather. She made sure we felt comfortable the entire time and I never felt “sold” I truly felt she had our family’s best interests at heart. She was available during the entire process and was really the glue that kept everything together. We worked with Hannah at the design studio and I cannot even begin to describe how fantastic she is or how comfortable she made us feel during our 2 appointments. I came in with some ideas, but she was able to help and guide based on my preferences as well as her expertise and was very transparent with numbers to fit out budget. She also went above and beyond to help with lighting options on several occasions because of back orders or my change of heart! Nathaniel was our Project Manager and he was so kind, thorough, and available whenever we needed him for walk throughs or questions with regards to the actual build.
