> Our experience with Roberth Jordan has been extremely frustrating. He overdesigned the house plans 2-3 x our budget so he could charge us for revisions. He did not keep our project goals & budget in mind. Communication was poor and he was unresponsive with emails & untimely with scheduling meetings; we had to prompt most of them ourself or push him to get things done. He overcharged us beyond what was agreed upon in our contract & would not provide a credit. Even after he took our money, he did not provide the correct set of plans for over two weeks. This experience has been so exasperating & disheartening- it has actually killed my desire to build this home. Thanks for ruining it for me....
