What made this more frustrating is the lack of customer service skills from our sales person Lisa Loprimo. While she was quick to send invoices to request payment, she barely communicated any updates on either of the replacements. The customer should not have to initiate a status call nor is it OK for the sales person to not communicate at all for 3 1/2 weeks (both times) while we waited for an update and replacement dates. It’s when things go wrong - and sometimes they do - that companies need to do their job and keep customers informed. Not the case here. Think twice before you buy from AMG Glass and Metal. When you need them, they are hard to contact.
