> BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.

**Q: I need grill help!** *(in Product Questions)*

I love my GRILL, however I have misplaced my introduction Manual and it
had the burner adjustments in it. My infrared is burning flames out of it and
I kniw that it is in the air adjustment but I need to know hiw much air to give
it. Can you help me out?

A: When flames come out of an infrared ceramic burner that generally means there is a break in the ceramic and the burner needs replacing. You can also try lightly vacuuming the ceramic plate. (First remove the screen). Use a wet/dry vac. Let me know if you need any further assistance

**Q: can a round bottom pan like wok stay without tipping on this?** *(in Product Questions)*

most of the cooking i do is done in round bottom pans, just want to know if the pan sits on it without tipping if not is there any additional ring i need to get to prevent the pans from tipping.

A: A normal pot or pan usually is what is placed on these burners.. Like if you were to boil water, fry fish etc.

A: If the width and the depth are 24 x 10 (for a rectangular unit) and using a glass depth of 6" it would be You Will Need 75 Pounds Of Glass
