The oak floor which seems \#1/select grade which is the highest quality will run you about $6.50sqft installed and depending on the finish i.e natural or stained flooring another $2-3 sqft. As For the countertops depending your location marble can run from $65sqft and up. The granite on the island $50sqft.(color resembles black absolute). At this point all high quality cabinets should have soft close doors and drawers standard. Drawer Base are the most expensive out of all base cabinets, ranging from $700-$1000 per cabinet.
