I was what one would call a "difficult client" as my expectations were very high. Kerri was highly professional no matter what. Her vendors were challenged due to holiday rush but she pushed them. Her warranty coverage (there were some very small defects in painting on a few doors and she had them replaced quickly. I would use her again, she is top notch.
