> Snyder Stairs was honest and upfront from the start. We are grateful to have found them to do our stair and railing work.

**★★★★★ — Steve, June 2026**

> Very happy with how the work turned out. Jesse and the crew were easy to work with and went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

**★★★★★ — Gabriel Dimmitt, June 2026**

> Snyder stairs does high quality work at fair prices. Jesse and Nick Snyder have a deep well of knowledge that makes any job a smooth experience from start to finish. Very professional all around and great craftsmanship. You will not be disappointed.

**★ — HU-620860999, Dec. 2024**

> I had the misfortune of hiring Jesse Snyder and his company, Snyder Stairs, and it was a disappointing and stressful experience. Their work was riddled with glaring issues, but more concerning was the way in which my concerns were addressed.
> Out of the roughly 100 balusters installed, 81 of them had glue visibly leaking down their surfaces or coming up out of the stairs. Several areas of the wood were cracked during the process of creating holes for baluster insertion, further demonstrating a lack of care or skill. On top of that, a portion of the capping was not aligned flush with the wall, leaving obvious, unsightly gaps.
> When I raised these concerns, Jesse Snyder actually conceded that the work was poorly done, which should have been the first step toward resolving the situation. Unfortunately, rather than taking responsibility and offering to fully fix the mistakes, he deflected blame onto other contractors.
> To make matters worse, Jesse became aggressive during our discussions, raising his voice, using profane language, and displaying a level of hostility that was completely uncalled for. If you value quality, accountability, and respectful communication, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

**Comment from Snyder Stairs Llc.:**

> Loren, to open Snyder stairs never had a contract with you however Snyder Stairs did perform work on what I can only guess was your residence. Our very first contact with you personally was after all the work had been completed. I absolutely conceded that there were workmanship issues with some items in your project and we offered to return and repair them. Your condescending attitude doesn't always get you the reactions you hope they would though. I was never aggressive and actually had to ask your contractor to change his tone. Now Snyder Stairs is still willing to come and repair the items that we deem as an issue, unfortunately though Loren you do not get to set the expectations, and you especially do not get to set them after the work is completed. If you're interested in resolving these issues, please feel free to reach out.
