The Lot and the Builder’s floor plan were pre-determined, but we had design control over various aesthetic and functional aspects of the home. We had remodeled individual rooms in the past, but choosing all the lighting, hardware, flooring, electrical, plumbing, paint, tile/countertops, etc. all at once was somewhat overwhelming. Christy made the whole process much easier. We met with her several times at various vendors over the early weeks to make the selections. Whenever I questioned my own design decision, Christy would respond either by text or call and we would talk about my concerns. She offered alternatives and options I would not have considered. I appreciate the close collaboration we had. Christy supports the overall vision of the client, but also the understands price consideration aspects. She has an amazing eye for color and design intent. There is nothing in our home design that I would change. > Landscaping was put on hold because of the weather. Matthew has been working hard with the subdivision’s HOA getting landscaping plans approved. We look forward to completing the exterior of our project this Spring. > We used a website portal called Builders Trend to review overall project status and examine and approve various project proposals and costs.
