**★★★★★ — Sarah Elia, Nov. 2021**

> My family had Aaron Bollman oversee, plan, and undertake a complete renovation of our bathroom this summer and it was one of the best decisions we ever made regarding our home in Saugerties that we’ve owned for nearly 40 years. Mr. Bollmann’s care, consideration, thoughtfulness, creativity, and know-how regarding bathroom design and remodeling is exceptional, second to none. Throughout the process he discussed best options, provided comparative scenarios for implementing new lighting, glass shower panels, tiles, hardware, ventilation, and even radiant heating under the tile floor—something we can no longer live without. The resulting product was a completely transformed bathroom, with more accessible and intuitive cabinets, faucets, and storage. Overall, Mr. Bollman—who has decades of experience and a distinguished portfolio of New York City high end remodels—did a remarkable job, creating an exquisite space and highly amenable bathroom that makes every aspect of the room completely enjoyable to experience. We most highly recommend Mr. Bollman and his team—for his superior work, craftsmanship, design creativity, and vision.

> Aaron and his team completed a gut renovation of our apartment and I can't tell how excited we are. This company takes great pride in their work and pays very close attention to detail. From concept/design/renovation our finished apartment was done on times and within the budget discussed. The whole team was great to work with and responded quickly to any changes or questions we had during the process. If you're looking for quality work, a team that knows NYC buildings and pays close attention to details, then Aaron Bollman's team is exactly what you need.

> Thank you Orlando! We appreciate everything you have said here.

**★★★★★ — Jillian Fortin, March 2021**

> From start to finish, Aaron was incredibly professional. He was communicative throughout the process, and always left us feeling confident that the end result would be exactly what we were hoping for. Anything that we were dissatisfied with, he and his team addressed promptly, and we could not be happier with the final product. We are thoroughly enjoying living in our new space (even after months of quarantine!) thanks to their great work, and would certainly recommend him to others considering a similar renovation project.

**★★★★★ — Nelson Fernandez, Jan. 2020**

> I hired Aaron Bollman & Company to carry out a full rehaul to my estate condition pre-war apartment in West Chelsea. The existing conditions of the apartment as well as conditions behind the walls required a lot of finesse and real time problem solving. This, along with following a very detailed professional design package from my hired architect, proved challenging in many ways. The finished project is exquisite. Of particular note was opening up the dated and small kitchen into the living room which was a total game changer for the apartment layout. The building's electrics and plumbing were very challenging to accommodate the new design plan, but Aaron's team carried it out seamlessly. They are smart, professional, and true partners at every step along the way. Every time someone comes into visit me at my apartment they are blown away at the quality and detail of this renovation. Highest, highest recommendation!

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thanks Nelson for entrusting AB&Co for your home renovation!

**★★★★★ — Alan Muraoka, Dec. 2018**

> I was recommended Aaron and his company by my real estate agent who had his apartment recently renovated. Aaron renovated and upgraded my bathroom and kitchen in my one bedroom co-op which has some electrical and plumbing code issues when I purchased the unit.
> I also had pocket doors installed between the living room and bedroom. I was very impressed with Aaron has his staff's work on my apartment. Not only by the quality of the work but also their ability to smoothly work thru the logistics involved in renovating a co-op apartment in New York City.
> I have and will continue to recommend Aaron to other tenants in my building as their work not only adds value to the individual apartments but increases the value to the building as a whole.

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thank You Alan! Your relationship and feedback are both greatly appreciated!

**★★★★★ — Brett Scantlin, June 2018**

> Helped us do a large multiple bathroom renovation. Sequencing was a challenge and Aaron handled it well. Great to work with. Would use them again and again. Friendly crew and top notch work. Did not disappoint.

**★★★★★ — Adam Carmichael Design + Creative, May 2018**

> My firm has successfully collaborated with Aaron Bollman & Company, Inc. on a variety of projects over the years.
>
> These projects were high-profile, luxury gut-renovations which aimed to maximize smaller spaces found in New York City. The renovations are a perfect study in space efficiency – the layout concept maximizes every precious limited, square inch as well as the concealment and organization of all life’s necessities that can weigh a client down.
>
> The attention to detail required for such work needs to be as precise as possible and Aaron's team proved absolutely qualified and exceeded our expectations.
>
> I couldn't recommend Aaron and his team enough for any scale of construction project. The level of professionalism, knowledge of construction, solution-based problem solving, and skill that he and his team bring to the table will reassure any client that their project will receive the attention it deserves.

**★★★★★ — Chris O'Neill, May 2018**

> I highly recommend Aaron Bollman and his team. Aaron was extremely helpful in providing many design and product options. He understood what I was looking for and always listened when I had questions or suggestions. He works as a true partner. Even when we had a design plan approved he would continue to look for ways to improve upon it. He's very talented and committed to ensure his clients are very happy with the final product.

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thank you Chris for taking the time to share your experience!

**★★★★★ — Germana Gioglio, May 2018**

> I hired Aaron Bollman work on my full apartment renovation. I am an architect myself and I had a pretty extended experience with contractors. I think Aaron and his team are very professional and they did a great job on my apartment. It was a complete renovation, complete demo of kitchen, bathroom and addition of a half bathroom. New floor, new closets, new finishes throughout, new electrical and plumbing. Aaron and his PM Fernando are very knowledgeable and they were able to execute all my design, including complex details such as frameless doors, ceiling details, and custom pieces such as full height doors, custom closets, custom medicine cabinets. I also installed Italian faucets, wall mounted toilets, door hardware, and lighting. I would definitely recommend Aaron as a GC for big and small renovations. His price is very competitive and he delivers great quality.

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thank you Germana for taking the time to share your experience, we appreciate your relationship and the positive feedback!

> I am very happy to work with Aaron Bollman & Company for the remodelling works of our two art galleries in Manhattan. Art gallery is all about the details of the finitions and the quality and that's why working with Aaron was the perfect match. Very Professional, quick to answer and help and everytime with the smile. Highly recommended.

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thank you Charlotte! It is a pleasure working with you and we look forward to your next project!

**★★★★★ — Nishant Saxena, Jan. 2018**

> We worked with Aaron and his team on a complete gut renovation. The space was badly in need of a thorough overhaul and Aaron and his team executed our design vision flawlessly. Aaron is extremely organized and mapped out each step of the way the key costs, decision points and timing that we should expect along the way. The project was kept (1) on time, (2) on budget, and (3) at extremely high quality standards. I would not that Aaron's team members are also fantastic - extremely courteous and professional. Given all of the horror stories you hear about in New York, we could not have hoped for a better experience. Can't recommend highly enough!

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thanks so much for taking the time to write this supportive review. We sincerely appreciate and value your relationship!

**★★★★★ — Bryan Mullins, Oct. 2017**

> I had a great experience with Aaron and his team earlier this year with renovations in my 1 BR apartment in Chelsea. The work done included new plumbing to install a washer / dryer unit, re-plastering the entire ceiling to remove the ‘popcorn’ finish, deepening a hallway closet and adding custom shelving, installing multiple wall sconces with dimmable capabilities, installing multiple shelving units, and repainting the entire unit. Aaron strikes a fantastic balance of professionalism and ‘personal’ touch. He and the team are very detail oriented which was very appreciated, and answered all of my questions along the way while providing multiple options for me across a variety of requests. As a first time apartment owner the high-touch approach gave me peace of mind throughout the process. And the best part - the cost was very reasonable (almost 40% less than another estimate I received). My only minor gripe was the effort took a couple of weeks longer than initially anticipated (which seems to be pretty standard when it comes to contractor work), but Aaron was very reasonable about it providing constant updates, and even reimbursed me for costs related to changing my move-in date with my moving company.
>
> All in all a great experience and I would recommend Aaron without hesitation.

**Comment from A. Bollman & Sons.:**

> Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate working with you and are very grateful for the review. We are here for you in future.

A: Hi there, thanks for your question. the table was purchased from Luminaire . the rep/contact there is Sarah Baquero sarah.baquero@luminaire.com . The table cost roughly $70,000.00

**Q: Vanity** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me where the bathroom vanity came from?

A: This vanity was purchased from Porcelanosa. Thanks for your question.

**Q: How did you apply backsplash where the wall "juts" out?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have the same issue in my kitchen and I'm trying to figure out how to do a back-splash without it becoming a monumental project of cutting tiles, etc...

A: we installed glass mosaic tile in this kitchen. where the wall jogs or juts out, we seamed our cut so that the return side and face side locked in together. You may also want to try having the cut end of the wall work so that you land your face just at the right overlap.
