The work done included new plumbing to install a washer / dryer unit, re-plastering the entire ceiling to remove the ‘popcorn’ finish, deepening a hallway closet and adding custom shelving, installing multiple wall sconces with dimmable capabilities, installing multiple shelving units, and repainting the entire unit. Aaron strikes a fantastic balance of professionalism and ‘personal’ touch. He and the team are very detail oriented which was very appreciated, and answered all of my questions along the way while providing multiple options for me across a variety of requests. As a first time apartment owner the high-touch approach gave me peace of mind throughout the process. And the best part - the cost was very reasonable (almost 40% less than another estimate I received).
