## Community Q&A

**Q: Framed cabinets and lift hinges** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We are doing a couple of horizontal cabinets in our kitchen similar to the one in the picture, the issue is that our cabinets will be framed and the manufacturer is asking for $350 per hinge. I initially thought I would be able to find the hinges online but so far all of them seem to be fitted for frame-less cabinets. Does anyone have a suggestion for where I could get a lift hinge for a framed cabinet?

A: we use the blum aventos hardware in our framed cabinet lines. I think you can find them online on blum.com
