The process, from discussing the plans all the way through the installation, was flawless. Being a new homeowner and having to deal with a lot of different companies for various house needs, I am super-impressed with this company--very friendly, very professional, cost-effective, and efficient. I'm writing this review a few years after the main project was completed because I recently contacted the company for some help. I had our basement finished by outside contractors who inadvertently lost a small part to one of our vertical blinds sets. Cardinals Blinds and Shutters ordered the part, reinstalled the entire vertical blinds, and never questioned further or asked for compensation. In my opinion, this is the heart of a true, family-owned company, one who goes out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and well taken care of.
