> Sold me a home with an inoperable and malfunctioning fire sprinkler system. And now I have to pay out of pocket to fix it.

> Do not recommend it. We were the first to buy from a new construction, after we bought the house they changed ALL THE EXTERIORS of the other townhomes EXCEPT ours and they want US to pay for the changes out of pocket.

> Dishonest company who does not abide by their contracts. They signed a contract to buy a large piece of property from me to develop and they just stopped paying what was due and left town. They are the last company I would ever deal with as it is apparent that what they say or committ to legally means nothing. If they deal like this on a purchase, I assume they would be the same with someone buying a house from them. STAY AWAY

> Based on the proven and observed lack of quality and attention to detail by the sub-contractor(s), who by the way are managed by Traton, and the horrendous errors discovered with flooring, numerous interior drywall and ceiling drywall flaws, missed structural code requirements (that I photographed at different intervals of the build and I had to bring it to the attention of the onsite PM/builders rep).... it's caused by sourcing low quality sub-contractor workers....not craftsmen skilled in quality building practices. They showed a complete lack of attention to detail. Don't do it - if I had to do over, I would avoid Traton Homes, LLC like the bubonic plague!!
