> Craig Baudier, the owner, is easy to communicate with, is very responsive, is clear about costs and timeline, was understanding when we changed our minds about things along the way, is very fair and honest, worked well with our architect, communicated well with his sub contractors.  It has been several years since the project was complete and we have had no problems with the quality of work.
> Regarding the scope of the project.-we remodeled our kitchen, a bathroom, reconfigured about 1/3 of the house, added a second story and outdoor kitchen.  We moved out for 9 months while work was going on.
