> Worst contractor ive ever dealt with. I live in one of the most expensive homes in my county and they still managed to screw it up. If you’re currently doing business with them, stop right now. Before they continue to lie and screw you over. See you soon kevin

> Hot Tubs, Inc is/Stevenson Pools WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Did not show up with my hot tub TWICE and never called, don't answer, don't return messages.  Had me sitting at my house both days with the electrician.  NO CALL/No SHOW even after countless calls from me trying to get an update.  Employees are told not to give the owners information out (Kevin Greenwell).  Their employees and delivery company both stated that this is a consistent problem with this company.  BUYER BE WARE!!

> I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, i only gave them 1 star because a lower rating is not available. The pool renovation cost nearly $100,000 dollar start in Nov 2020  was to be complete in May 2021 and yet it still remains incomplete. The company practice in strong arm tactics by making it customers pay  in full for every task to put them in a position to only be Submissive and tolerate the bad behavior (  there pro's at this).They don't communicate or care about the project or the customer it all about the money, they show up unannounced with there hands out to be paid and will come and go as they please. If you are look to do any pool work do yourself a favor and stay away for STEVENSON POOLS

> I will rate  Step by step.
> 1\. first meeting;Before I get started, I am a man who judges people who are on time. Doug was early. Doug was great and gave us alot of Ideas and helped us with our vision. He also threw in some things for free. He made sure that the permits were passed and was with us all the way.
> 2\. Second meeting Doug came by EARLY (like I like) and we talked about things other than the pool and had a good time. when it came time to do business he gave us a date that it would start and they were there.
> 3\. Third meeting, All on schedule. The hole was dug, stumps were removed and the even remove other trees FOR FREE (THANKS guys), Plumbing and steel work was complete,
> 4\. Forth day. Gunite was done.

> Unprofessional to work with. Quality pool, however, ZERO site management. Doug Stevenson will "boast" during the sale, "we don't sub-contract ", yet every step and phase of this nightmare has included me or my husband managing outside parties on our property with Doug Stevenson no where to be found. Now, Doug will show up and quickly point out when it is time for your contractually obligated payment, without fully providing services. Our neighbors yard and property was destroyed by Doug Stevenson's sub contractor, which we are now paying to repair at our expense. Doug Stevenson is a slick salesman that excels at "playing dumb"..."I am no salesman ". We actually believed that we would have project management and not have to worry about the details when paying $60,000 for a pool. We were very wrong. If you use this company, you will get a well built, quality pool, but at the cost of your sanity.

> Stevenson Pools constructed our new 19 x 38 gunite pool with diving board and stone knee wall behind the diving board. We love it. We selected blue mosaic tiles at the water line which are just lovely. The pool also has a sunning area to sit in the water and soak up the rays while enjoying a nice beverage or book.  We couldn't be happier with our pool or with Stevenson Pools. Stevenson Pools built our first pool at our former home (totally different in style than what we currently have), which is why we chose them to build our new pool. Very professional, thorough, and great to work with.  Doug Stevenson is the best.
