Our only complaint was that on a couple of occasions he said he would be out to do some work but then didn't show up and didn't call or text us to let us know he wasn't coming. We spoke to him about our concerns and he apologized and always let us know when he would be there and if he wasn't able to come out. His measurements were right on. When the cabinets came in he arranged the plumbing disconnects and reconnects before and after his work. All was done right on time and with the highest quality.
