Well within the warranty period one went into "circuit prtection mode" and I sent it to New Visions the authorized US Rotel repair facility. Unknown to me New Visions is a scam operation that denies all warranties and used every excuse they could think of to charge me for the repair. > I got in touch with EQ and they as well as the Canada distributor for Rotel who went above and beyond getting my amps repaired at minimul cost. They really went above and beyond what I expected them to do. > I would warn anyone that needs warranty of their Rotel product to avoid the scamming scumbags that are New Visions in Texas, if you can deal with the Canadian distributor. > Many thanks to all the people at EQ Audio, I've very glad I bought ftom them, I highly recommend them.
