> First of all it’s not mentioned to install 42” lazy in the corner cabinet before cabinet installation.  Second, the adjustment system is archiac and hit or miss.  Third, the base mounting hardware hits the bottom of doors, requiring bottom door gap big enough to drive a truck thru.  Fourth, check the template closely as I received two Susan’s and both had the same wrong base mounting template.  Called distributor and still did not receive correct template.  Customer service was rude and condescending.  Tried emailing regional representative with no luck.  Stay away from 42” lazy Susan’s and I will not be purchasing any of their products in the future.

**Q: can you purchase a new slide to replace a broken soft close?** *(in Product Questions)*

I have this product.  the soft close plastic mechanism broke on one side.  The other side and the wood and the bins are all fine and do not need replacing.  Can I purchase the slide or the soft close parts and replace without purchasing the entire thing?

Thank you for your interest in our product. Our 5322-BCSC-5-MP is a unit with soft-close slides. However, the bottle holders are no longer included. I will contact Houzz regarding an updated picture. This is unit you would receive:

A: Not really an exact answer to this question because knives come in all different sizes and shapes. So it really depends on what you are putting in it.

I have cabinets that are 29 inches deep. So think there is no place for the back screws? And I have cabinets that are 39" wide - again, do not think the one side will have any place to attach to....so is this the product for me?

A: Hello from Rev-A-Shelf
Thank you for your interest in our product. You are able to attach to only one side of the cabinet, so regarding width it is okay to have too much. However, for stability the unit should be attached at the back of the cabinet. It extends up to 24", therefore if it is possible to fill the extra 5" with a wood block, you would be able to install this product and have it work properly.
