> I live in a concrete house with concrete walls and floors throughout, and did not want to add wood plus backboard as recommended for setting conventional tile in my tiny bathrooms. Justin helped me work through all the issues leading to my deciding to use his micro-thin "sheet rock" veneer over layers of thick liquid crack prevention membrane. He stuck with me as I agonized over adhesion alternatives - went far beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy. Will be writing details and updates as project is completed and the new rock panels are put in service. Very happy so far with the panels, which I sealed with 511 Impregnator. It did darken the color a tad, but that's better than streaks and stains. This experiment/experience has a lot riding on it, as I can't afford a do-over. I want and need this product to be a "win." So far, so good. I'm away from home for a month - will be interesting to see how it looks when I return. Will send photos when project is completed.
