They never sent me an invoice but charged my card. **★ — Jenny, Aug. 2021** > I had Traemand install my IKEA kitchen July 14and 15 and here I sit waiting for them to finish. Their customer service does not exist. I have emailed, called and texted several times to no response. They say they guarantee their work, but they put in no means of contacting them if there is a problem. This is sad because the installers themselves were great. It’s their stupid follow up/customer service. We've tried and tried to get them to respond with numerous calls and emails and as of today, no calls or emails have been returned. Ron was the person we were told was in charge and still, for over TWO weeks, nothing. I WOULD NOT recommend them....do it yourself, at least it'll be done correctly and they won't tell you all the things they DON'T do even though IKEA doesn't inform you of that. She was very prompt in responding all my questions. We had a problem with the delivery of our order so I called her to inform her and by the time she called me back, she had a resolution. Brittany should be recognized by her peers as an example and especially by her management team. > > John Renz and Alex Pico were on time every morning - punctuality is very important to me. They worked quickly and efficiently. They addressed all of my concerns. One of the doors came damaged and by the time I asked John when it would be replaced, he had already called Ikea and the new door had been delivered. > > Dan Chaffey and his team of subcontractors have made an otherwise stressful project a great experience. Dan knows his business and makes sure we have a mini-meeting every morning to inform me of the timeline and what I should expect throughout the week. > > Dale is a perfectionist!
