Since 2006, our renovation division has completed over 250 successful renovation projects for customers in the lower mainland, ranging from condo floor plan alterations to additions to custom homes. Visit our gallery section for examples of some of our favourite projects to browse for inspiration.

The completion of Future Living’s downtown showroom in 2008 allowed us to provide affordable luxury fixtures, flooring and cabinets by supplying direct from manufacturers in Europe to our customers. Our storefront locations in downtown Vancouver, as well as the North Vancouver showroom, have become premier destinations when shopping for high quality finishings.

In 2010, Future Living branched out into new construction. Working alongside the best designers and architects to realize new works, this dynamic branch of the Future Living family benefits from all the experience and great results set down in previous years.

> Every homeowner's absolute nightmare.

> The project manager for condo renovation is a very strong-minded person with his own opinion on what should/ should not be done at your unit, and disregards any comments or suggestions.   He has no respect for the customer nor the designer, and does not seem to care about professional manners.

> When questioned about difference in the work done vs. original agreement, he would use any possible reason to get out of doing the agreed upon work.
>
> When asked about any addition to the existing scope of work, he would seize any opportunity to 'make up for the margin loss in the original quote'.

> Horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone I know. I had to write this review as I am deeply concerned for any future customers who may choose them by mistake.

> We had a "down to the studs:" renovation that required us to move ourselves and furnishing out of the apartment for three months.  The project was managed by Farnood Ghafni  and was completed on time and on budge.  We were very happy with the whole process from explaining how the stages of the renovation would be handled to the designer, David Christopher, visiting the apartment and creating suggestions on materials and colors to Farnood excellent communication skills as we moved through the process to completion.  After two years we still love what Future Living created in our apartment and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
