In doing my own renovations, I quickly realized the vast amount of time spent researching & selecting products, managing contractors & discovering how to bring what you conceptualize & turn it into a reality. It is a talent!
In an ideal world, it would be great to hire an interior designer to take care of the decorating details & to relieve the stress that comes with home improvements, but it can often be too expensive. On the flip side, you may not have the time to spend because most of us are working professionals with demanding schedules. The reality is that time is money & sometimes you need to find a balance. You need to find some MIDDLE ground.
Let me be your MIDDLE man in 1 OR all 4 ways.
1\.  I can be the MIDDLE man between you & your vision. First, we will sit down to discuss the goals of your home improvement project. Once I have an understanding of your inspiration, I can offer you tips, new ideas and find direction for you to come up with a design that reflects your own unique sense of style.
2\.  I can be the MIDDLE man between you & your computer. After giving you some initial concepts, I can do your research and will put in the time to come up with a full proposal of colour palettes, room layout, and a list of fabrics, tiles or other necessary materials that you will need to execute your vision, while also saving you some money.
3\.  I can be the MIDDLE man between you & the stores. I will seek out the best prices for the necessary home improvement items you need. I will negotiate further discounts as well as pass along existing discounts I may already have as an interior decorator aligned with a number of established contacts.
4\.  I can be the MIDDLE man between you & the contractor.  Many people are nervous to select a contractor and I don’t blame them considering the terrible stories out there (scams, cutting corners and paying far too much for little work). Invest in me instead of the contractor. I can recommend reliable, honest tradespeople and will ensure all involved in your renovation have the products they need and that the design is executed to your liking.
