> We worked primarily with Steve and Dennis at Rescom on a major railing project for our front patio. The project was big and complicated with very few straight lines or level places. Steve came out and bid the project and did initial measurements where he walked me through the entire process and all the challenges we might face. He also provided great feedback about tweaks we could make from our initial idea to make things even better.

> After he left the site, Rescom set us up with an online portal where we could easily track all progress, make payments, and talk directly to Steve about the project. It was the best all-in-one experience I've had during our entire home renovation this year. Steve continued to be great, helpful, and responsive as we waited for the next steps in the project.

> When it finally came time for the installation, we had Dennis on site as our one man miracle worker. I couldn't believe how efficient and effective he was as a one man installer. He asked all the right questions out of the gate to make sure his work cutting and adjusting the railings didn't impact our day or that of our neighbors. When I had questions or concerns, he always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and secure in the plan.
