> Jim, Marc and their outstanding team of A.R.C. workers combined with their dedicated group of subcontracted trades ARE THE BEST, in my experience. My renovation involved a two-story extension, plus a foundation, doubling the size of the house. A.R.C. completed the project ON TIME and ON BUDGET. But more than that they were respectful on the job site of my home and my neighbours. Jim of A.R.C. was my general contractor on the job, coordinating all aspects of the project with competence and precision. It's here that his years of experience are evident with everything from the perfect orchestration of material delivery and arrival of subcontracted trades to advising me on what materials I needed to select and when (windows, bathroom fixtures, tiles, flooring, etc). There are hundreds of decisions to make and Jim guided me through all of them by prioritizing things into manageable bits. My experience with A.R.C. was simply excellent.
