The overall cost was very reasonable compared to other builders. What we mostly appreciated about Michael is that he always listened to us and find ways to accommodate us. Not all builders are so flexible and attentive to their clients' needs. Michael was also responsive so that issues were solved quickly. He was almost everyday on site to check on the work and answered our questions. A very personable and humane builder, Michael came to the garage suite a couple of times after the project was completed to make sure everything was ok.
