We had a general idea of what we wanted, but not a detailed plan. We also had some specific requests, like no entry steps, unique doorways, security system and so on. This is going to be our "forever home" so we wanted things done right, but didn't have the time or expertise to babysit a project of this magnitude. They made the whole experience as close to turn-key as you could want. Darrick did the house design, Sylvia the interior design and Bob oversaw the construction. Their attention to detail and quality was great, and the end product was amazing. We have now lived in the home for two years and have had essentially no problems.
