## Community Q&A

**Q: want a screened-in porch with security features** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the purpose of the thick wires at the bottom of the photos, others than design?  I would like to create a screened in porch with security features.  Should I also include windows that open with the screens?  I also want to keep the view as open as possible.  Suggestions are most appreciated.

A: These are stainless steel cables which are the safety rail system.
