> I highly recommend Sunday Studio & Co. for real estate development. My family and I moved down from NYC to Miami and decided to build instead of buying an outdated home. We could not find anything that was updated in the location we wanted, so we ended up buying a property and tearing it down. Sunday Studio helped us understand how much and where to invest, and how that would affect my return on investment. The design process was streamlined and we were given visualization tools, like 360 renders of every space, along the entire design process. We came in under budget and on-time. Totally recommend 10/10

The team at Sunday Studio helped us select strategic materials that looks beautiful but are also tough enough to be able to endure tenants coming in and out. We love love love the way the deign process was conducted. We were given visualization renders at every stage of the process. ALSO, we were not charged per hour nor per render (just per sq ft) so we had peace of mind that we would not go over budget, regardless of how many changes we ended up making. Honestly, it was a surprisingly smooth process and we didn't expect for such a big house. We ended up coming under budget. Thanks again (especially Ana)!
