It needed a complete new roof stucture and we wanted a 10 ft. x 57 ft. addition to the ground floor. The team (Yaniv, Cree, and Norm ) came up with a plan that also gave us more room on the second floor. They worked with an engineer to finalize the plan and get it aproved. They began work in Aug. 2019 and completed it March 2020. Like all remodels there were unforseen things that had to be worked out as they got to them.
