The reasons I recommend CL Studio are that they have great design sense and will recommend ideas you might not have thought of, they involve you in making choices but bring you a curate selection so it's not overwhelming, and their project management with timelines, contractors, and permits is unmatched. Christine kept the timeline moving (even when I was the obstacle!), always took the initiative with suppliers and contractors to address scheduling and availability issues, and was extremely responsive.
