We paid her over $500 to develop a plan for us. This was to cover 5 hours of her time. I texted her on July 19 for an update. She responded that she would email me. On July 21, I texted her again after not receiving an email. On July 22, she responded by sending me a screenshot of a mood board, some photos of countertop samples, and a pic of paint samples. After not hearing anything else, I again reached out on Sept. 8 by text, email, and I called her phone number, leaving a message. I have not heard anything from her. I have yet to receive an email or phone call from her with a plan for design. We will now have to move forward with our plans without the advice of a trained designer.
