The entire job is a disaster... cracked granite, horrible workmanship, damages to personal property, wrong color tile installed, the list goes on and on. I called repeatedly for someone to come take a look and help. Had to contact Corp... who could not care less. The job has to be ripped out in entirely, per their own expert. I requested my money back plus costs to repair the damages caused by their installers. They refused me, because I would not sign a "gag' agreement. It is now going to be up to court... and it will cost me double to get the repairs to my kitchen and bath. Distressing to say the least. The tiler did a wonderful job laying and matching the grout width too. Also, they are very neat. Everyday, they cleaned up so I was minimally inconvenienced. A: We apologize for the delay in getting back to you; the bullnose used here around the tub walls is a Chair Rail in our White Carrara Marble. **Q: What brand of lighting are they in the skylight?** *(in Photo Questions)* Hi what brand and style are the one sin the skylight? A: This is an aluminum pressure system skylight; sadly, we don't know the brand as it was installed prior to the remodel. Suppliers would depend on your location. **Q: What is the overhang of the granite on the island at it's radius?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hello oaksie1. This is a Palomino Quartzite slab job we did and this particular overhang is 12” at the apex of the radius. The way it was cut makes it seem like it is extending further than that but it is only 12”.
