Their employees performed excellent work closing everything up and covering all open work at the end of each day. They showed up each day to ready to work and when they were not able to make it out due to the weather I received a phone call and they came out the following day. The work was completed in a timely manner and on budget.  I really enjoyed dealing with this company and will bring them back to upgrade my siding later this year.

> Double Diamond is a professional contractor, and we expected that.  Our home was started on time - Todd had to present his plans as well as our landscape to the architectural committee - a time factor that could have delayed construction - it didn't.  The committee at Cordillera Ranch is infamous for their rigid specifications !!!   Our home was built to our likings and the interior as well as the exterior grounds were always cleaned up before each day's departure.  The house was completed on schedule and on budget.  We told Mr. Williams that a blacktop driveway would be adequate since a concrete driveway would push us over our budget. At his expense, he did it anyway.

**Q: walls** *(in Photo Questions)*

what color paint is on the walls or is it a plaster combo

A: The walls were a custom faux finish by a specialty painter so we don't have a color on file.   I would recommend calling a faux painter to mimic that look.

**Q: Where did you find the backsplash tile mural** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We had a local decorator hand paint the mural based on a painting.  The tiles were a Travertine.
