Been trying to decide what countertops would work best.. A: Hi! The counter tops are granite and the color is Moon White. For a kitchen make over.** *(in Design Dilemma)* The wall you see in the third photo must stay. We want to replace everything. Please give your suggestions. I get visual overload when I try to put things together and come up with miss mash or worse.i really need help. I would like a dish drawer, large island with lots of drawers. I dont have any colors schemes either. A: Lowes has the Rustoleum cabinet painting/re-staining kits that we use on all of our rentals, really does a nice job. It's like $75-$80 for the kit. Since it's a smaller galley style kitchen I would go with an antique or off white cabinet. For granite you can find a decent color for $35/square installed. For the size of your kitchen it shouldn't run you more than $1800 for granite, depending on the sq footage you need for install some granite places will give you a free stainless steel undermount sink as well. We get a Stainless Steel Frigidaire package (Refrigerator, Stove, under cabinet microwave, and dishwasher) for $2500 on all of our renovation projects. Since the cabinet over your stove is taller you would only be able to fit a hood vent (which would bring your appliance price lower than that) I'd also do a nice tile backsplash (a color that compliments the granite and cabinet color) and new tile floor along with hardware for the cabinets will bring this kitchen a long way :) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
