The package had the doors all inside the cabinet and not properly secured. The finish that was originally sent was the wrong one. After many months of back and forth and sending the incorrect/scratched doors, they finally sent the correct size and finish. Two specialists had to come in to adjust the vanity doors. Still 3 out of the 4 doors come out and are not balanced. The company "The Furniture Guild" is now stating that it is a problem on the way the vanity was installed. > > This company was recommended and being a USA company I went with it. After repeated trips from our local rep and multiple onsite visits from our technician, the cabinet drawers can only be adjusted so much as it is currently installed. If you wanted to re-install the vanity plumb, We would be happy to send a technician back to your home and complete the adjustment. But I understand the complexity of this in your specific install situation. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to reach out. Then reschedule. I call again. No one responses. They reschedule no one comes. And on and on.
