She transformed our condo into a welcoming, functional home. During our first meeting she rearranged the furniture in our living room and immediately created a better flow and more room for the kids to play. She recommended accent chairs, a round dining room table, and additional storage for toys so it works great for the kids daily but is easily tidied when adults come over. She designed an amazing built-in for our awkward office nook. It now works as a library, home office, and family command center when before it was just a dumping ground. She created a soothing palette of blue, green, and gray Benjamin Moore paint colors for our condo. She suggested painting the ceilings of our bedrooms a color instead of white. I love waking up and seeing blue. She placed of artwork around our condo and designed a visually stunning gallery wall at the end of the hall. She helped pick a new gray fabric for our sleeper sofa that was in bad need of reupholstering. She saved me because I was leaning towards a warm cognac brown which in hindsight would have looked awful. At our last session she helped me pick new lighting for our living room so it is no longer a dark cave at night. Also I had a wall shelf that was awkwardly floating by itself. Using a small chest and garden stool I had lying around she created a layered vignette that looks like something out of a magazine. I can't recommend Sara enough.
