> David did a superb job of decorating a two bedroom condo in downtown Toronto.  He outlined various options to maximize the space and the natural light.  He guided me through the numerous options for colour scheme, textures and pricing.  He provided valuable insight into the quality of various vendors and saved me tons of money by suggesting cost-effective options.  He also ensured that I save money by repurposing items I already had.

A: I'm so sorry I didn't see you question - it's actually Bianco Antico but it and White Delicatus are often very similar!

Is the island marble?

A: That is Calacatta Marble

**Q: Who makes this table?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This table is a reproduction of Saarinen's classic oval tulip base table with Cararra top, I'm not sure who manufactured this one but I bought it through European House Furniture in Markham Ontario.

Is this Calcutta marble or porcelain?

A: That is Calacatta (note the spelling) on the back splash and the half wall.

A: This is an engineered hardwood, I'm sorry I don't have the manufacturer info.

**Q: Where is the orange chair from? thnx** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The Orange chair (which is actually red) is a Canadian made chair that was found in a pair. I'm not sure who the manufacturer or designer is but I have seen the same chair on an American sit-com!
