> Bath Builder remodeled our bathroom that was 15 years old.  First and foremost, they discovered a leak that we didn't know had developed.  Secondly, they did amazing work. They put high end designer fixtures in our bathroom.  They went above and beyond to make our bathroom spectacular.  And I can't even begin to describe the painting work which was the most professional I have ever seen.  The rest of the house needs a facelift now that the bathroom looks so good!  Thank you so much for bringing our dream bathroom to reality.

> Did a medium size bathroom remodel (no demo) for us. It seems like they are done after 10 weeks but its hard to tell because there has been no follow-up or any contact of any kind.  There are several things that were not finished which has taken roughly 50 hours to correct which is disappointing. We did not call to have the items reworked because we frankly don't feel like their workmanship is up to par for the price we paid and expectations of a finished job. Be prepared to have a full time job keeping the project going. There was no professional courtesy to check everything worked on to make sure it was complete. The schedule for the entire project was only supposed to be five to six weeks (mid-September to end of October), which is what we have come to see is a week longer than average for a remodel without demo, but it took around 10 weeks total with rework.

> Jay, I responded as soon as you contacted me. During the project I gave you weekly reports. I am not making any excuses for the unfinished work. In fairness you know that there was product delays and addition work. Started 9/17 finished 10/30  7 weeks. short tile 1 week delay. shower door was missing a part another week. swapped two toilets and installed another vanity all requiring more plumbing. installed a new construction window. There is no excuse for the items in the photos. I thought the items in the photo had been taken care of.  Let it be noted that you were doing finish trim and paint. We did the window trim.

> We hired Peter to redo our upstairs bathroom which had been damaged by a water leak.  The job involved ripping out the existing cast iron tub, toilet, sink, tiles, flooring, etc.  He also had to repair the ceiling in the room below the bathroom that had been ruined by the water leak.  Peter was a joy to work with and did a great job with everything, including tile installation.  He came in on time and on budget, and was very easy to communicate with.  Unlike other contractors, he didn't get sniffy or uppity with us when we said we had already picked out most of the components and knew pretty much exactly the way we wanted it to look.  He was extremely cooperative and "got" us.  Would highly recommend!
