> This past summer we asked this contractor to provide an estimate on painting and installing 6-panel doors, painting and installing trim, and fixing some drywall issues we have in our sunroom.  He seemed interested in working with us again (we'd used him previously during our kitchen remodel last winter) and indicated to us he would be interested and even said he would be providing a quote within just a few days.  Even though I have contacted him repeatedly by both phone and email since summer, he refuses to respond.  I have no idea why that is the case.  Its like he simply disappeared in thin air. I would not recommend this pro.

We originally hired Dan in 2012 to perform a complete master bathroom remodel of my parent’s home which including a new ceiling, floor, fixtures, tub surround, and a resurface of the vanity and tub.  We were extremely pleased with the results at a fair price.  We have continued to use DHM remodeling for many other projects through 2013.  We had Mr. Miller install a new kitchen floor, a new basement floor, repair doors on an outside barn, replace and rebuild walls in the basement and act as a general foreman during other construction projects. What color fiberon is this deck please?

A: The bench sections, top trim, stair and transition risers are Chestnut.

**Q: What are the square column caps made of?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are the column caps a product that can purchased somewhere? Or are they poured concrete or granite?

A: These are limestone .. we get them directly from the mill here in southern Indiana

**Q: What stone is the kitchen faced with?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Coronado stone .. Carmel Mountain is the color.

**Q: How did you finish/cap the tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Did you use schluter or just grout… or something else?

A: Schluter's Rondec is available at CarpetsPlus in about a dozen colors

What's the span from the house to the outside poles?  Is it wood or vinyl?
