Over the last two years we have used Above it All exclusively for roof repair and replacement of several units in a townhome community. Over the last couple of months we have experienced leaking issues with the roof replaced within the last year and a half. To date they have stopped responding to our calls and e-mails indicting that they do not intend to uphold the warranty with which we were provided. We were unable to get a representative from the company out to tarp over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend because they were "unavailable" so the homeowner had to deal with flooding in her home from a failing roof.
