> We hired Carey Mudford and her team (Megan) to help us with our new home build in Lawrence Park last year (2017).  Carey and her team were instrumental in guiding us along and providing exceptional service and recommendations along the way!  For someone new to homebuilding, Carey and her team made all the difference! They patiently guided us through all of the various parts of the home build, from structural design, flow, lighting, electrical, flooring, tile design, millwork, paint, plumbing, exterior finishes and ultimately helped us pull the entire project together! They worked with our architect (Peter Higgins) and our builder (Whitehall Homes) to help us build and design the perfect home for our family!  Carey is highly knowledgeable, well connected with the trades, practical, easy to work with, accessible, and has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of a home build.  Her ability to design in Autocad and her understanding of these files made it seamless when it came time to partner with the builder and the architect!  Our vision of our family's dream home was brought to life with the help and guidance of Carey and her CMID team! Megan and Carey we can't thank you enough for all of your contributions to our home build. We couldn't have done it without all of your recommendations! She helped with everything from the layout and design of our new home to finishes (tile, paint, trim profiles, light fixtures, window coverings etc.) and furnishings.  She made great suggestions and kept me true to my goal of a timeless transitional space.  She was adept at dealing with a difficult general contractor and promoted and protected our best interests.
