We hired C2 to design a two story addition to our 1880’s single family house, and to reconfigure and modernize the original Victorian layout of the house.  To say we are pleased with the outcome would be an understatement!  Although we added only modest square footage to our home, the addition was designed in a very smart, sensitive and appropriate way on the exterior as well as on the interior. The home flows much better, and feels much more spacious and comfortable.  Jim was a pleasure to work with. He had a great relationship with us as clients and all contractors. This was the second time we hired C2 Architecture and we would do it again!

They worked closely with us on developing the interior spaces and on material choices, and the exterior design they created was breathtaking.  They were persistent in obtaining permits, prompt in providing schematic design and then final construction  documents, and they consistently visited the site during construction to review the work and for necessary meetings (they had a terrific working relationship with the general contractor).  Their fee was modest, and they worked closely with us to help keep construction and material costs down.  Not only are they competent professionals, but they are genuinely nice people to know and with whom to work. All sound too good to be true?  Well, it may sound too good, but every word is true!
