After we received this review, we reached out to you to identify your issues to see if we could assist. My understanding is that you were upset that we did not take ownership of the damages incurred to some appliances your purchased. Here's the issue, we delivered the items in excellent condition to one location. Your represestative and/or your contractor moved the items to a different location/residence then expected us to assume responsibilty for the damages since as you said the items were moved less than a mile away. We did our best to assist in making you whole, by getting the manufacturer to repair the two items (a dishwasher and a built-in Refrigerator) - we could see by the damages to both items that the damage was caused during transport to the location. It is inconceivable that were the units damaged when we delivered them, that you or your representative signed off on them only to claim damages after they were moved to the new location. Had you reached out to me prior to posting this, you would have learned that we do value our clients and work very hard to take care of them, but that does not include absorbing damages caused by the clients or the clients representatives actions. I researched several appliances store in the Bay Area and wasn't happy with them until I came upon the wonderful Miss Sharon Dixon, miss Dixon is a true professional who loves her company, her staff and most of all her customers and would be customers. I would not be lying if I didn't put her though many trying moments, questions and indecisions and that's was before purchasing anything from. She doled out great advises and suggestions and her knowledge of products is vast and her pricing is fair. She convinced me to go away from our original plans cause it didn't make sense. We ended up having CBD upgrade all of our kitchen appliances- conduction cooktop, wall ovens, fridge, vent hood and wine fridge!!!! The only problem I have with her is that she is so busy that I can never get her to come to our home and have dinner with us in our amazing kitchen.
