When weeks had gone by with nothing done began to question if we made the right hire. To be continued **★★★★★ — HU-701220342, March 2021** > Craft Build is a new company but I was in a bind when my previous contractor walked off the job. What I was left with was a sloppy and unfinished new granny flat and garage. Daryl and Scott who lead Craft Build looked at what needed to be done, worked with me to come up with a reasonable plan to finish and then executed in a timely and professional manner! My house is craftsman home within a historic preservation overlay zone so their attention to detail and creative problem solving really helped me finish the project. Work included correcting grading and drainage issues which caused puddling and jeopardized the stem wall of the main house, finish carpentry, electrical, replacement and repair of exterior railing trim and the installation of a craftsman period wood backyard gate.
