The customer service was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Coralie at the head office is a bully and rude after I asked for an exchange of product.What bothered me most was the attitude condescending and impatient from Coralie. I do not know how this person works at that position with poor communication and screaming at customers.She has no self control .She does not think before acting with the customer that need a quick resolutions to their issues. > Overall, a very disappointing experience. After buying our ceramic there, Ive bought almost all of the plumbing from them as they were on sale and mainly because of the seller convinced us of the super high quality that they were, nothing compared to the local products. > For starters, a component in the shower valve was cracked and caused a water damage. In addition, 4 screws were missing for the freestanding bathtub faucet which arent the usual screws you can find in your hardware store. > So I contact Ceragres about these issues where a representant says he'll take care of it. Even though I asked him to keep me posted, I have to call him every week to ask him where are the screws. Then I ask him for a replacement for the shower valve component which he says that he placed the other, but not more news after that. > I got fed up with the awful customer service and took matters in my own hands. I contacted directly the manufacturer of the shower valve for a replacement and after 3 tries, manage to get the rights screws off Amazon. Ordered tiles, for an extensive renovation, weeks in advance. One week before delivery I was told there was an inventory mistake and half my order would not be delivered. No apology, no attempt to fix things.... just "bad news". As it was quite late in the process I went ahead with the other half of my order. I had a specific delivery date booked. I was called the day of the delivery and told my delivery would be arriving the next day?! No one at the company attempted to fix this problem or talk to me about it. They blamed the delivery company (they hired the company) who in turn blamed them back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be using them again. I was also able to find a higher quality tile for the half of my order, which had been cancelled, at a lower price point. The tile is not special or unique.
