Is the exterior concrete or stucco and, if so, what color? Great build! A: Both the tan and the gray are stucco. The grey has no color mixed in and is burnished. The tan color is a sand finish stucco. If you remember could you share the thickness of the pipe and how it is mounted? Is it held in place by a concrete footing? Is so could you share some how deep and wide it is? Thank you ! A: This fence is a 1-1/2" pipe with the welded cap at the top. We welded the pipe to a solid steel plate at the bottom and made in 6 ' and 8' sections.
