> Horrible customer service.  I ordered something almost three weeks ago, and I can't get any info on my order.  I have called and left messages, emailed them, and I can't get a response.  I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.  I am wondering if this is a legitimate business.

> We placed an order for a sink 13 days ago on Jan 9th.  We have not recieved any information or a shipping confirmation on this order despite the fact that thair website says 3-5 days for delivery.  They have not returned multiple e-mails, calls with voice-mails left, and haven't responded to their own on-line chat.  Wondering if this is a legitimate business....
