We met with Nancy during our home building process and she helped us every step of the way; from type of wood, color and fixtures. When you're building a new home you certainly don't want your kitchen, bathrooms, shelving, library, etc. to look cheap or of poor quality. After a year or 2 we did experience some of our kitchen cabinets slamming shut (as opposed to the slow closure). I called Nancy and she sent 2 men out to immediately take care of the problem, at no charge. You might find them a little more costly than others, however: "You get what you pay for.
