I had a bathroom hall vinyl plank flooring put in a month ago because of sewer leakage. I loved the floor. So I decided to get the kitchen floor done with the same flooring, they said they can’t get exact match because of different lot numbers. I totally understand that, but the kitchen floor was way off. It looks like crap. They won’t do anything about it. I paid 1,500 for nothing. I called and tried to talk to Brandon, he never called back, I had to hunt him down to see what they were going to do about it. Not a stinking thing.
